HSLC’s Banking System Upgrade Is Here!

Your new Debit or ATM Card

Your new HSLC debit cards need to be activated now. Each card arrives with a sticker on the front that includes clear activation instructions. Your old debit card has been deactivated and will no longer work for transactions. Below, you’ll see an image of what your new card looks like for easy reference.

Your old debit card has been deactivated and will no longer work for transactions. If you currently use your existing HSLC debit card for automated payments or as a funding source for payment services such as Venmo or PayPal, you’ll need to update your account information with your new card number on or after October 23rd. Transactions made with your old debit card after that date will be declined.

Online Banking

To access online banking for the first time after the system upgrade, you’ll use your existing username. Your temporary password will be your username followed by the last four digits of your Social Security number (for example: Janedoe1234). Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be prompted to create a new, secure password of your choice.

Telephone Banking

Telephone banking now has a new number! You can access your accounts anytime by calling (866) 435-9120. Save this number for quick and convenient access to your HSLC account information and services.

Mobile Banking

Apple users will need to update their HSLC Mobile Banking app through the Apple App Store. You can easily locate the updated app by scanning the QR code provided below.

Android users can download the new HSLC Mobile Banking app now from the Google Play Store. A QR code is provided below to take you directly to the correct app.

If you haven’t already done so, you will need to update your password when logging into Mobile or Online Banking for the first time. Bill Pay Service

To access Bill Pay, log into your digital banking and select the “Move Money” page from the gray navigation bar on the left side of your screen. Your bill pay history will appear on the Move Money page beginning Monday, October 27th.

Christmas Club

You should receive your HSLC Christmas Club checks within the next two weeks.
